From the Archive

Ive always loved the expression in this little boys face. Its always impressed me because he's staring directly into the camera, unafraid and confident.

Best of the Best

I love the folks over at SNEAKER FREAKER. They have showed me mad love. First with an online interview that hit the web earlier this year and then they covered the "Girls Got Kicks" project that Lori Lobenstine, founder of Female Sneaker Fiend and myself are working on with a 6 page spread in the last issue. Finally to wrap up the year, they asked me what my favorite shoe of 09' was. It should come as no surprise what i SELECTED.
I am not quite sure how they came to the conclusion i was from LA but none the less thank you Mafia and Woody! :)

Chaz and Nova

I had a dope shoot this week with MC's CHAZ and NOVA. The film is getting developed but in the mean time below is a sneak peak at the shoot we did at a Sacramento recording studio. It was cold as hell in there but these guys are true professionals and worked it out with me.

New Work

I decided to continue working on the dia de los muertos portrait project for an upcoming solo show i am preparing for so i got together with the dream team, makeup artist goddess JENNI TAY and hair guru JUSTINA DOWNS. I photographed 3 new models for the project and am thrilled with the results. I am working towards including 10 new portraits for the show so if you're in Sacramento in the month of February, come down to the UPPERPLAYGOUND Store to see the final series.

Above is a photo of the homie, the talented MR. JOSH LIPPI.
